Discount food chain coming to Chester County
A North Carolina-based discount grocer plans to open 15 to 20 new stores in the Philadelphia area by the end of the year, including two in Chester County.
Bottom Dollar Food of Salisbury, N.C., said it will put stores in the Airport Village Shopping Center, Valley, in space that was once a Charlie's Thriftway and in Ashbridge Square, East Caln, in vacant space once occupied by a children's store.
